Dr. Hornbrook graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry and maintains a private practice in San Diego, California, focused on adult restorative and functional aesthetic dentistry. He has been a pioneer in live-patient aesthetic education and is the past founder and director of LVI, PAC-Live, the HornbrookGroup, and Clinical Mastery. He has been a guest faculty member of the aesthetic programs at SUNY Buffalo, AT Still, UOP Case Western, Baylor, UT Houston, Roseman, and UCLA. Dr. Hornbrook has actively been involved with the Crown Council and developed the Young Dentist Programm where he personally mentors recent dental school graduates through a program he has entitled “Change a Smile, Change a Life” where, along with Utah Valley Dental Lab, donates his time to provide a life-changing smile to someone in need. He is the Clinical Director of Education at Utah Valley Dental Lab and he is a fellow of the AACD and a diplomate of the American Society of Dental Aesthetics. He currently teaches with Dr. Mark Montgomery in both Aesthetic and Functional Occlusion courses. In his private time, he enjoys surfing, off-road motorcycles, snowboarding and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Dr. Mark W. Montgomery is committed to excellent patient care since graduating from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1980. His experience in all aspects of dental care has been enhanced by extensive work in continuing dental education. This background has built a strong commitment to comprehensive health, grounded in beautiful smiles, excellent chewing in function, and a physiology drive wellness focus. Dr. Montgomery has lectured and taught extensively regarding dentomandibular sensorimotor function and dysfunction. He has developed integrated systems to manage pain, headaches, TMD, and force managed occlusion. He is well known for his mastery of skills in the area of clear aligner orthodontics, smile enhancements and veneers, reconstruction and restoration of worn and damaged teeth, removable and fixed/removable prosthetics, and in controlling tooth grinding, airway disorders, pediatric growth and development, dentomandibular sensorimotor dysfunction, and head/face pain.
